Dita is an experienced recruitment consultant, speaker, coach, trainer and former lawyer. This breadth of industry experience provides a unique perspective on her client’s challenges and needs.

She has a basis in both leadership theory and practice, with previous roles in senior management and training including an MBA, NLP training and work as a negotiator and facilitator.

Beyond her industry expertise, Dita is recognised as a valuable asset for her ability to cut straight to the heart of an issue; while ensuring empathy and kindness are at the fore.

She has been the director of Addita since 2004 – supporting a number of law firms and legal professionals with career transitions, such as firm expansion, mergers, hiring, succession planning and more.

Rob brings more than 30 years of strategy, financial and operational leadership within professional services firms. He has not advised law firms from the outside — he has run them at the highest level, transforming the operational, financial and strategic foundations of major national practices.

His experience makes him particularly valuable to law firms at an inflection point — navigating growth, merger, structural change or leadership succession. He has done it before, at scale, and brings both strategic direction and operational rigour.
